Ashen Oak Clothing is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Standard orders placed by 11 am (AEDT Monday-Friday) will be sent from our store the same day.
Standard Delivery Charges
FREE delivery within Australia on orders over $100;
$9.95 delivery charge on Australian orders under $100; and
$35 flat rate fee on all International orders.
All orders are delivered via Australia Post.
However, we are not responsible for any delays during postage. Please note that signature on delivery is required for all items. If you are not able to sign for your item the driver will leave a post office pick up slip.
If all items you have requested are in stock, we will endeavour to post your order within 1 business day.
Your order will only be processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed, and the total balance is paid in full.
